How does the booking process work?

Once we have received your inquiry form, you’ll receive a link to schedule a brief phone consultation, where we will discuss your vision, details of your event, and your budget. We will put together a personalized proposal for you, including an itemized quote and contract. If you choose to move forward with us, a deposit of 25% is needed along along with the contract to secure your date.

How do I get a quote for my wedding flowers?

Our Pricing page serves as a starting point for an estimate of our services and what your budget will get you. Then, share your vision with us via our inquiry form, and we’ll get back to you shortly to discuss any details needed for a proposal.

Can I take advantage of the full-service package experience if I have a small guest count?

Yes! Our example packages are merely suggestions for each price point and guest count. If you’re looking for a full-service experience but have a guest count of 50, you can request a full service experience. We’ll work together during your first consultation to create a plan for your special day!

Can I get a custom wedding package?

Yes! If our packages don’t sound just right for your wedding day, we can work together on an a la carte package. Email me at haley@meadowandmarigold.com with information about your event and vision to get started.
